This house is situated on the side of the mountain, the Faron, in a quiet and residential district, with panoramic sight on the whole natural harbour and city of Toulon. ( The ground 522 m2 ) Only the ground floor apartment is available for vacation rental during the winter. (low season), because Mr Eriksen, the owner occupies generally the apartment on the 1. floor in the villa. The house is outside of the city and a car is indispensable to go shopping or to go to the beach. A bus stop is situated approximately 250 meters from the villa. After the first of juin the apartment on the first floor will also be available for vacation rental Description of the apartment on the 1. floor The owner occupies generally this apartment (flat) until the 1. juin.
